East Scarborough Storefront, a project of Tides Canada Initiatives, is working in community in a new way. The Storefront’s core belief in the power of collaboration from all members of the community – residents, agencies, politicians, funders – is the foundation for innovative community change.
The building in which we operate is the home of the transformative community building work being done. It houses the Hub model of service delivery – a one-stop shop in which 40 partner agencies offer a number of services under one roof. Learn more about what we do.
Together with residents and many partners, we have co-created a platform, conditions and an environment where community-building is a real and vibrant initiative, and where residents play a meaningful role in community leadership. Check out what’s happening in our community.
